The recipe proposed by Paula, our collaborator on the blog 'With the claws in the dough', is very simple to prepare, it only requires leaving the chicken in the sauce in advance, then roast them and get a healthy and delicious dish for the whole family.
- 12 chicken wings
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Black pepper and oregano
1. In a large bowl or plastic container with a lid, add the honey along with the soy, olive oil, vinegar, ketchup, lemon juice, black pepper and oregano. Add the chopped chicken wings and marinate for 12-24 hours.
2. In a small oven dish (so that the wings fit just) distribute the wings and paint with the remaining sauce.
3. Bake at 180º for 20 minutes, turn over, paint again with the sauce and bake another 20 minutes.
