- 100 gr. mushrooms
- 25 gr. walnuts
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
1. Clean the spinach and mushrooms well, and drain them. Put the spinach in a bowl. Cut the mushrooms into not very thick slices, and add them to the bowl.
2. Chop the walnuts, add them together with the dried tomatoes, which can also be chopped if desired.
